Additional Fees and Payment

“Add-ons” to evaluations

Unless you have specifically selected a focused neuropsychological evaluation that provides a differential diagnosis for autism, none of the evaluation types include this service (evaluation of social functioning, including identification of strengths and challenges and recommendations to help navigate a neurotypical world). If you would like to add this service to another evaluation, it is an additional $850.

School observations are included only in the independent educational evaluation. However, this service can be added for an additional $350, plus travel time ($150/hour, billed in 15-minute increments).

Payment

Payment is collected in full by the morning of the first testing session. We accept checks ($50 fee for returned checks), electronic checks, or most major credit cards. We can send you a direct link through 8 AM/Client Pay, our HIPAA-compliant service. (At this time, we are absorbing the credit card fees). A QR code is also below.

 Discounts

We offer the following discounts. Please let us know if any of these apply to your family.

5% discount for any family whose parent is an active-duty member of the armed services.

5% discount if evaluating a sibling within the same 12-month period.

10% discount for re-evaluations of students previously seen through BBN.
