Additional Testing Services During Evaluations

Additional testing for autism spectrum disorder - $850

When participating in a Comprehensive Evaluation, Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE), or Diagnostic Evaluation for ADHD, if you would also like to also evaluate for autism spectrum disorder, this can be added for $850. This will require additional interviews, additional rating forms, and additional testing.

More in-depth evaluation of psychological functioning - $500

All evaluations screen for psychological functioning like depression or anxiety, but if you would like an in-depth evaluation of psychological functioning, this can be added for $500. This will require additional interviews (possibly including semi-structured interviews) and additional rating forms.

If two separate interviews are needed - $150

In some family situations, parents need to be interviewed separately. We are happy to accommodate that for an additional fee of $150 due to the additional time needed. Please know that only one feedback for the parents is offered as it is very important that everyone hear the same information together.

Attendance at an In-person School Meeting

$350/hr

This is billed in half-hour increments after the first hour.

Consultation with Family

$250/hr

After the first hour, this is billed in half-hour increments. A family might use consultation to review an update to a youth’s IEP or if there is a change in the youth’s functioning/behavior shortly after an evaluation is completed.

School Observation

$350/hr

This is billed in half-hour increments after the first hour. Please note: this is included in the IEE.

Additional Time Spent with Collaterals

$250/hr

This is billed in half-hour increments. For example, follow-up contact / additional interviews.

Additional Records Reviewed

$100/hr

Every evaluation includes one inch of records to be reviewed. The fee is $100/hour if you would like additional records reviewed.

Travel

$150/hr

This is billed in 15-minute increments.

Forensic Fees*

* Please speak with Dr. Katie regarding any forensic fees. An estimate is $400/hour.
