<image:title>Dr. Katie Freeman - Licensed & Specialized</image:title>
<image:caption>Dr. Katie founded Brain & Behavior in 2018 with a vision to provide collaborative, neuroaffirming care for children and their families. She is deeply passionate about understanding the unique ways each child experiences the world and finds great fulfillment in helping them identify their strengths and navigate their challenges. Although not native to the area, Dr. Katie has made the broader tristate area her home since relocating here in 2004. She is licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania and has specialized training in pediatric neuropsychological testing. She also holds a school psychology certification. In addition, she can conduct telehealth interviews and provide feedback to families in other states, such as Maryland and New Jersey, because she has APIT granted by the PSYPACT (R). Outside the office, Dr. Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Winston. She enjoys walking and exploring novice-level hiking trails and loves traveling to new places.</image:caption>
